這張是現在的當紅炸子雞 James Blunt剛推出的現場專輯
原先只喜歡暢銷曲『You're Beautiful』
但因Jaymz買了這張Live CD+DVD
趁著教召結束 在家看了好幾遍這張DVD
動人的歌曲 比我想像的還多了許多

反觀主打『You're Beautiful』反而不是最令我青睞的了
或許是一直以來 比較鍾情於現場的表演
所以原先的正式專輯聽起來反而沒有那麼強烈

JB最吸引人的不是他的身分
而是那特有魅力的英國腔
嘴巴要開不開 加上牙齒不齊的樣子
長的不帥 體格普普 彈起琴來 哼起歌來
卻可讓我走火入魔似的 已經把CD放在音響裡面三天

或許也是搖滾聽久
拔辣給的撼動 反而會帶來強力節奏無法給的魔力

這張現場專輯 和首張專輯曲目大同小異
最令我激賞的仍是向兩大搖滾奇人:
Jimi Hendrx, Jim Morrison的致敬歌曲:『So Long, Jimmy』

輕快的節奏並不會令人悲哀的想起這兩位搖滾英雄的逝世
雖然Hendrix因吸毒過量而亡 而Morrison也因不明死因消逝
但仍無法否認的是 這兩個Jimmy真是帶給後世不小的音樂影響力
DVD中輕快的guitar solo更令人輕鬆懷念到傳統流行搖滾的味道

拔辣中最觸動我心弦的
是刻骨銘心的『Goodbye My Lover』
痛徹心扉的歌詞 令人想知道
到底Blunt寫這首歌的心情到底是多麼痛苦和絕望?

尤其是後段的
『I'm so hollow, baby, I'm so hollow...
I'm so, I'm so, I'm so hollow... 』

那滄桑的嗓音 感動的不只是現場的聽眾
連光看DVD的我都深深的受到撼動~
